Certified Isuzu & GMC Commercial Service in West Covina
A commercial truck in the shop isn't just a mechanical issue—it's a disruption to your livelihood. At Reynolds Isuzu, we've spent over a century perfecting the art of the quick, correct fix. While our home is in West Covina, CA, we serve as the primary service hub for fleets across Los Angeles, Pasadena, and the Inland Empire, as well as regional operators running routes through Nevada and Arizona.
The Reynolds Uptime Guarantee:
We don't just "fix" trucks; we manage your uptime. From routine PM service to complex diesel diagnostics, our factory-certified technicians use the Isuzu Diagnostic Service System (IDSS) to ensure your vehicle stays out of "Limp Mode" and on the road where it belongs.
Specialized Fleet Maintenance & Heavy-Duty Repair
General repair shops often lack the specialized tools required for modern medium-duty diesel engines. We provide comprehensive support for the Isuzu N-Series (NPR, NQR, NRR), the F-Series, and GMC Commercial Chassis. Our services include:
- Advanced Diesel Diagnostics: Pinpointing electronic and mechanical issues instantly.
- DPF & Exhaust System Care: Professional aqueous cleaning and regeneration services.
- BIT & DOT Compliance Inspections: Keeping your fleet legal and safe.
- Transmission & Engine Overhauls: Major repairs backed by a national warranty.
Extensive Fleet Manager FAQ (AEO)
How often should I schedule Preventative Maintenance for my Isuzu NPR?
For the majority of our drivers, the PM service item needs to be marked complete every 10,000 miles on most diesel engines, including the great driving Isuzu N-Series. However, for the heavy-duty or high-heat fleets driving in our California desert locations or hauling heavy loads through Arizona, it is very important to inspect the cooling system as well as other vital engine fluids on a more frequent basis to avoid any potentially expensive repairs.
What is the benefit of using Genuine Isuzu Parts over aftermarket alternatives?
We point out this fact to you: Isuzu Genuine Parts are engineered specifically to fit YOUR VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN). This is important, as the parts that will fit your Isuzu are the parts that were engineered by Isuzu engineers specifically to go into your Isuzu - and are made with premium heat resistant materials that will give you the LONGEST DURABILITY FOR THE BEST COST PER MILE. It's not uncommon for "Will fit" aftermarket parts to fail in secondary areas, which will wipe out your warranty.
Can you handle major repairs for fleets based in Nevada or Arizona?
Reynolds Isuzu is a fully equipped service center. Our facility has performed major repairs such as engine replacement and upfit refurbishment on fleets from the Las Vegas/Phoenix area traveling through Southern California as their primary transportation route.
What should I do if my truck enters "Limp Mode"?
This is what happens to your engine when it goes into "Limp Mode". It can cause serious damage that is permanent if not corrected. Click the link to schedule an appointment immediately at our West Covina location.
